17.1. Leo:

Race action on scale track.
Driving for fun on Scalextrics track.

First real laps on King track.
Track is working well. It will turn out to be a very good race track.
Timing systems are not installed yet, so no lap times.

We had a very nice visitor today.
Absolutely all time best Finnish slotcar racer Erkki "Ekku" Mannio.
He did some nice laps on king track. And I am pretty sure that he will be back...


14.1.09 Leo:

First race on scale track getting closer.
Some practise action was going on today.

King track will be open for use for first time on next Saturday!

Very big and exciting weekend!



4.1.09 Leo:

Braids done for King!
22 hours of work!
Thank You for everybody involved for great work!

I also added some photos of our cabling.
I believe that we have enough cable.

Banana sockets are our own design.
Handmade by Eemeli.
Empty hole between sockets is for the XLR-connector
which will be used for our full electronic club-controller.
More about this interesting project comes later.


3.1.09 Leo:

We started the work with braids on King.
4 segmant out of 7 was done today.
Work will be ready tomorrow.


29.12. Leo:

unfortunately the text file with all text on this page broked yesterday.
Maybe 6 hours of cabling work under track and file editing just does not fit together.

But anyway, work goes on.

First laps on scale track are done.
Everything seems to work OK.

King track has got cabling under it.
Cabling is done by using 1x16mm2, 2x16mm2 or 70mm2 cable.
Totally 7 power feed points.

We believe that there is enough power in all places.
